airport transfer breakfast variety housekeeping noise cockroach presence

the breakfast had good variety. i am glad i used the airport transfer, as it simplified my travel. all the staff seemed amazing and polite!!!

They were vacuuming and hitting the walls. i found a cockroach in my room and noticed a musty smell.

the staff were always friendly. i had a smooth check-in because jona assisted me. i asked some questions, and she answered them. we even checked into our room early, and that was convenient.

the wi-fi was slow!

awesome stay, totally recommend!

friendly staff easy transfers spacious room great breakfast

i loved that the staff were super friendly and always ready to help it. the airport transfers were easy to book and the island activities were sorted out so quickly it was super convenient. the room was big and had everything i needed , made things so easy. breakfast had loads of choices though it got a little hectic when everyone was there.

the terms weren't explained brilliantly and i felt a bit awkward at reception it wasn't a major issue but it did take away from the otherwise smooth experience.

the restaurant offered a great breakfast buffet with sufficient choices well prepared. the pool bar features pizzas and sandwiches. the portions were generous so you don't need to order individually if there are two of you.

the premier room was spacious and clean. it had all the necessities readily available. the bathroom was nice and big. water coolers were available on each floor which was super convenient

the hotel is within walking distance to the beach shops and restaurants. it's close to the town but without lots of noise. that there are beach chairs available at the beachfront.

Excellent Stay!

helpful staff multiple pools decent location

The staff was very helpful and always courteous. I appreciated that there were multiple pools available . The food was AMAZING!!! It was a really enjoyable culinary experience. The location is decent. It's convenient to access different parts of the area.

The gym required specific footwear for entry. I was unable to use the facility because I did not have the right shoes.

Our Suite had a large bed and a separate seating area. The air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. I had access to complimentary Wi-Fi, it was sufficient for basic browsing needs.

i really enjoyed the breakfast. it offered many choices and the staff were quick to clean tables. the pool area has beautiful palm trees and felt really clean , too.
